KARL QUINN, from Wicklow, was recently honoured at a Fáilte Ireland Trainee Manager Development Programme (TMDP) graduation ceremony which was held in Dublin.
Karl did his training in the Carlton Millrace Hotel and Spa, Bunclody, County Wexford.
This programme provides an ideal platform for people who want to kick start their career within tourism, and is a recognised distance education route to training as a hotel manager.
