AN ARKLOW man had his case adjourned until March 24 when he appeared before Judge Murrough Connellan at last week's sitting of Arklow District Court.
Dermot Murray (25), 93 Church View, Arklow was charged with the unlawful possession of drugs and possession of sale or supply at Rory O'Connor Place, Arklow on October 23, 2008.
Acting for Murray solicitor David Tarrant applied for a Gary Doyle order and Judge Connellan adjourned the case until March 24 for a plea or a date.
