Film-makers on red alert
All budding actors, directors and camerapersons can rest assured for the summer as the Wicked Young Film-makers Training Programme returns for a third year.
The collaboration between The County Wicklow Film Commission and The Wicklow County Arts Office offers week long training in writing, acting, shooting, directing and editing their own movies under the guidance of professional and experienced tutors.
Each participant will have learnt plenty once the week is up and will also have their own short movie to show for it.
The programme is being run out of the Courthouse Arts Centre in Tinahely, running from 10.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on a daily basis.
The first weekly training programme runs from Monday July 21 to Friday July 25, the second from Monday July 28 to Friday August 1 and the final programme session from Tuesday August 6 to Saturday August 9
