Wicklow garden designer Frazer McDonogh has been selected to build one of the 30 show gardens for this year's Bloom Flower Show, to be held in the Phoenix Park over the June Bank Holiday weekend.Frazer, from Wicklow town, will build a green retreat garden', sponsored by Lyons Tea.
