John is hitting the high notes
JOHN KELLY is a name to look out for in the future after his stirring performance on RTE Two's Ice Star Search.
The 11-year-old pupil at the Holy Rosary National School in Ashford already has quite the reputation at his school due to his wonderful singing voice.
Back in October he won the first section he came up against which sent him on to some of the
final competition's rounds.
His real highlight during his spell on the talent show was his moving and stirring version of 'Walking in the Air.'
John just failed to get enough votes to move him on further in the competition but anyone who tuned into his performances will have taken note of a real potential star for future years.
