Music fans enjoy the great outdoors

MOUNT USHER Gardens Saturday lunchtime music events have received great feedback from locals and visitors alike, and over the weekend it was the turn of Robbie Clarke to perform.
The young Wicklow man is a well known saxophonist, and was the winner of the recent senior Feis Ceoil Saxophone competition.
It was the fourth weekend Mount Usher held the Saturday concert, featuring some of Ireland's most accomplished musicians. You can come and spread out on a picnic blanket, enjoy some delicious strawberries and cream while taking in the excellent music on show.
David MacErlaine, a classical and south of the border guitarist, performs this Saturday at 3 p.m. On Saturday August 8 it will be the award winning Tadhg and Oisin Walsh playing harp and violin.
