TWO BROTHERS teamed up to score a notable win at a point-to-point race meeting at the weekend. At Bennetsbridge on Saturday, John O'Hagan was the jockey that rode to victory on Lasquini du Moulin, a horse owned and trained by his older brother Declan.

THERE WAS no boogying the night away or joining drunken party revellers for yours truly on New Year's Eve as they kicked another year into touch and threw in the ball for what hopefully will be a more pallatable 2010.
