Wicklow Rovers on scoring spree

WICKLOW ROVERS stormed into the semi-final of the Division 1 Cup on Sunday morning with a 10-2 win over Division 1's bottom side St. Fergal's AFC.
The Whitegates was the venue for this extremely one sided affair that saw Conor Tobin take home the match ball after netting a hat-trick.
His brother Sean could only manage a brace, as did Aidan O'Neill. Kevin Coady, and Jim Foley also managed to get their names on the scoresheet with a single apiece, while two own goals from the Saints made up the rest of Rovers' ten goal haul.
And Rovers will be joined in the last four by Arklow Town who booked their place thanks to a 2-1 win away to Glencormac United.
